A discharge pulsation dampener consists of the case shell, air chamber, air chamber and gas charging connection etc, the case shell is of integral forging steel. The air chamber shall be inflated with nitrogen gas or air. After discharge pulsation dampener is filled, it must close the needle valve immediately and screw on blanking cover to protect the gas manometer. When stop the pump and check the pressure of discharge pulsation dampener open the needle valve, should close in time after check.
